Kingsey® Swiss Fondue

INGREDIENTS:
80 mL (1/3 cup) white wine, lager or apple juice
5 mL (1 teaspoon) lemon juice
Kingsey® Swiss Fondue cheese blend

PREPARATION:
Bring wine (lager or apple juice) to boil. Gradually add the Kingsey®
Swiss Fondue blend and mix until creamy. Add lemon juice and simmer for
5 minutes while stirring. Remove fondue dish or non-stick pot from heat and
put over a burner on the table. For an Italian fondue, add 60 mL (1/4 cup)
of diced tomatoes before serving.
